How do I unlock a book that I have bought?
You can only unlock books from the Ladybird Readers and Do You Know series.
Click on Unlock Book on the homepage and follow the instructions.
You need to be registered and signed in to unlock books and will need to have a copy of the book with you.
Where can I buy the books listed on the website?
Click on the book and on Order Book. You can then select your country and you will be shown details for your local distributor through which you can buy the books.
Where can I find free classroom resources?
Click on ‘Tests and Guides’ at the top of the homepage and select the series you would like support materials for.
Alternatively, for book-specific resources, click on the book and select audio or documents from there.
Who should I contact if I have a query about or issue with a product?
